How many days do I have to return or exchange an item?

All US and Canada orders are eligible for a return or exchange of any item within 30 days of purchase.  All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.  If you are having trouble installing the filter, our team will be able to help before you make your final return decision

How do I request a return? 

Please submit your return request via email to support@highflow.com. We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. For damaged items please see below.

What if I received a damaged item? 

Please contact our support team at support@highflow.com and we will ensure you receive a replacement. Once shipped you will receive a notice and tracking details.

What if I received the wrong item? 

HIGHFLOW has an amazing team, however mistakes could happen. Please contact our support team at support@highflow.com and we will ensure you receive a replacement. Once shipped you will receive a notice and tracking details. 

If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? 

After we receive your return, and ensuring the product is not damaged, we will credit your original payment method.  Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. We will refund only for the eligible returned items. We will not refund the original cost of shipping, if you were charged shipping.

Will you provide me with a shipping label?

Yes, we will email you a prepaid shipping label for all returns and exchanges.

What if I entered the wrong address when I placed the original order?

Most our orders are shipped within the same day and we are limited to changes on an order after it has been placed. Yet, we will make every effort to fix this if the order has not yet been shipped.  You can always reach out to our customer support team at  support@highflow.com  at any time, or call us during business ( 9 am -5 pm CST) hours, at 866-941-4666 and we will be glad to help.

If the order was shipped, you will be responsible for shipping costs for the reshipment of your item(s).

What if I am a Canadian customer?

The above policy applies to Canadian customers as well.  Please keep in mind that we are unable to refund any duties or taxes.
